This summer Screenmedia will be taking part in BIMA and TRC Media’s Inspiring Digital Leaders graduate programme!
Inspiring Digital Leaders is a five month training programme created by BIMA and TRC Media, aimed at giving talented graduates the experience and skills they need in digital agencies to help kickstart their careers. This year they’ve partnered with 5 leading Glasgow-based digital agencies including Screenmedia, each focused on a specific discipline of the industry. Having a strong culture of mentorship and collaboration, we’re delighted to take part in the programme and help shape Scotland’s future digital workforce.
Over the summer, our Technical Director Lachlann will be mentoring five interns in web development over four week intervals, giving them insight into what it’s like working with and as developers in a digital agency. During this time, graduates will have the chance to learn more about the challenges of defining a problem from a technical point of view, how to structure the breakdown of tasks, and how to tackle problems on projects. As experts in web development and industry leaders in our field, this is a great opportunity for talented and exceptional graduates looking to take the first step in their future digital careers.
