Last month we launched Assist Digital’s new website, our first Umbraco 8 site to be released to the public, which has set them apart as a leader in the industry by showcasing their expertise and pan-European reach to the fullest.
Assist Digital are an international digital CRM and customer experience solutions provider, offering clients services ranging from marketing consultancy to UX/UI design and artificial intelligence-based solutions. With offices in 7 European countries and a roster of clients from around the world, Assist Digital were keen to refresh their website to show their ever-expanding reach and success.
They came to us in 2019 to support them in redesigning their multi-lingual site to more effectively communicate their full service offering and expertise in the industry, as well as to keep the website up to date with the latest UX/UI and development best practices.
A modern and harmonised design
With offices across Europe, it was important to Assist Digital that their site could showcase their pan-European reach without sacrificing brand consistency due to competing photography, iconography, and illustration styles.
Our design team created a minimalist design that used typography to a great extent, helping communicate key messaging from culture to service offering, but also employed bespoke visuals and photography to highlight these further and showcase Assist Digital’s various European teams in a consistent look and feel.
Bespoke advanced functionality supported by Umbraco 8
To support Assist Digital’s expanding ambitions, we created their new site using Umbraco 8, the latest version of the world’s most popular open-source CMS, which allows for extensive flexibility and customisability. This has made the site scalable to their future needs and allows for a raft of bespoke functionality, such as the ability to easily manage and edit multi-lingual content side-by-side all from one place within the CMS.
Our approach to making the site’s enhanced functionality as user friendly as possible means Assist Digital can update all their on-site content across languages with ease, and can add further languages themselves at any point in time.
